What is a Rodeo Queen?
Becoming a rodeo queen requires dedication and sacrifice. It’s a job for the toughest of ladies, and only those that can truly uphold herself with grace during some of the most stressful times of an event. It requires a young woman to be a leader for the younger title holders, and to be an ambassador of not only the JCSP, but the rodeo and western industry. They must educate the public on our sport, our lifestyle, and especially our traditions. Although a rodeo queen is a tough cowgirl and horsewoman, she must always know that above all, she is a lady. That is exactly what the JCSP Queen Contest is designed to do.
The JCSP Royalty is a prestigious title that requires young ladies to ride for the brand, and make appearances all around our area. They must be able to represent us on a local, and even, state level. In some cases, they will move on to national titles.
