WHO: Open to the youth, 50lbs and UNDER in weight.
WHEN: Qualifier is Saturday September 21st at 9:00am.
BASICS: Youth must be weighed in at time of entry. Safety helmets and vest will be provided by the JCSP. Participants may furnish their own safety equipment. Contestants must ride holding on to the sheep’s wool or sheep’s
body. NO ROPES WILL BE USED.
QUALIFIERS: The Top 30 riders will come return to the JCSP Ranch Rodeo on September 26th, 27th or 28th. Draw of the top 30 will be posted after the completion of tryouts on our website at sheriffsposse.com. You will be responsible for checking your child’s draw positions, as well as keeping up with your child’s back number. Contestant back numbers must be worn on the child’s back during each ride.
DRESS CODE: Mutton Busters MUST wear a long sleeved shirts, jeans, boots and a cowboy hat or helmet
during the PRCA Rodeo Performances. NO Exposed feet at any time. Dress Code will be enforced
